RETURN POLICY
In respect of goods sold and/or delivered by Kings and Queens Antiques (Pty) Ltd
1. GENERAL
The following general principles shall apply to the Return Policy of Kings and Queens Antiques:
1.1. A Consumer wishing to log a return in terms of this Return Policy must do so within
7 (seven) days of purchase or delivery date, which ever date is latest in time;
1.2. ‘Delivery’ shall mean the date and time upon which the delivery staff or couriers
arrive at the Consumer’s designated delivery address;
1.3. Returns shall be done at the risk of and for the account of the Consumer, except in
instances where the Consumer has refused delivery of goods and have not taken
possession thereof in any way;
1.4. Goods that were damaged after delivery or used by a Consumer may not be
returned under any circumstances, but can be repaired by Kings and Queens Antiques
at the Consumer’s cost;
1.5. If a refund is made in terms of this Return Policy, such refund shall only be made to
the original payment method, i.e. a credit card will be refunded to the same credit
card and payment by EFT or cash, and in the same increments payments were received
i.e. lay buys. and will be refunded to the Consumer’s nominated bank account.
2. RETURNS
Goods sold by Kings and Queens Antiques may only be returned in the following instances:
2.1. Where the goods sold and/or delivered were not the goods which were purchased or
ordered by the Consumer;
2.2. Where the goods sold and/or delivered were damaged or defective before or upon
delivery.

3. EXCHANGE POLICY
Goods returned as per Clause 2 above may be exchanged in the following instances:
3.1. Where the goods sold and/or delivered were not the goods which were purchased or
ordered by the Consumer;
3.2. Where the goods sold and/or delivered were damaged or defective before or upon
delivery.
4. REFUND POLICY
Goods returned as per Clause 2 above may only be refunded in the following instances:
4.1. Where the goods sold and/or delivered were not the goods which were purchased or
ordered by the Consumer;
4.2. Where the goods sold and/or delivered were damaged or defective before or upon
delivery.
5. REFUND OF DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery charges may only be refunded where goods were returned and a refund was given
in terms of Clause 4.1 or 4.2.
6. CUSTOM ORDERS
Goods made to specification for a client (Custom Orders) may not be returned under any
circumstances. However, should the Consumer no longer wish to Purchase the goods, Kings and
Queens Antiques can resell the goods on behalf of the client.
