Victorian Walnut Chaise Longue

Stylish and elegant refurbished and reupholstered Circa 1880, Victorian Walnut carved Chaise Longue, in a stylish light beige jacquard-like upholstery fabric with deep diamond tufting. The top carved with flowerheads and buds against a stippled ground. Conforming carving to the top right side, above a button-back light beige upholstery. The armrests with scroll carved ends above a shaped and foliate carved apron resting on two front foliate-capped cabriole legs with scroll feet and two tapering cylindrical back legs. Its soft sheen and tufted design enhance the elegant and antique aesthetic.

In today’s home decor, the chaise is most often seen on the end of a sectional and sofa or, in rarer cases, as a stand alone long chair.
