Description

Victorian-Style Walnut Armchairs 20th Century in it’s original condition with circular carved shell and scrolling foliage at the top. Button-back oval panel in a rich burgundy, brown, and purple fabric. Conforming scroll design. The seating with Stuff-over style for added comfort. Apron shaped, carved to match the overall aesthetic. Front legs are cabriole-style legs with shell-capped carvings and scroll feet.

The general wear shows tiny chips to edges, scuffing, and scratches typical of age. Upholstery has pulled threads noted in places and watermarks visible on feet. One underlined area of damage (unspecified, but noteworthy for repair/restoration).
