Paint Techniques

NOTE: Our painted items are all done individually by hand. Each item is evaluated on it’s own merit and a technique is
applied to give it a unique artistic design. Uneven coverage of surfaces and visible imperfections are part
of the character of each item that make it a unique piece. Vintage and antique items are sometimes only painted
on the outside. Interiors of cupboards and drawers are sometimes left in their original state to show the original
state and character of the item. Please ask our consultants for pictures of the insides before you purchase.
A paint technique cannot be replicated at a later stage as colours are blended by hand. We can also not replicate
colours and techniques from other sources like photos or websites, as we have our own unique style and signature.
Our consultants will discuss your colours and blending techniques with you before applying it to your item.
